Poor drainage can lead to costly long-term damage. In this project, we were engaged to design and implement an effective stormwater management solution to protect both the structure and surrounding land.
After assessing the site’s slope and soil composition, we developed a drainage layout that directed water flow away from critical areas. This involved trench excavation, installation of stormwater pipes, and careful backfilling with proper compaction to ensure durability.
By reshaping certain areas of the land and improving runoff direction, we minimized erosion risks and enhanced long-term site stability. The result was a secure drainage system that safeguards the property against heavy rainfall and water accumulation.
