Pad & Slab Preparation: Creating a Solid Base

A concrete slab is only as strong as the base beneath it. For this project, we prepared multiple building pads for residential and light commercial structures.

The process began with bulk excavation and leveling, followed by fine grading to achieve precise measurements. We then compacted the soil in layers to ensure maximum density and load-bearing capacity. Strict attention was paid to height levels and boundary alignment to meet engineering and council standards.

Our careful preparation ensured that when the concrete was poured, the slab would sit on a perfectly stable and even base. This attention to detail reduces the risk of cracking, shifting, or settlement in the future.
